| Someone needed to provide a directory. Link lists are often very disorganized. We will make it easy to find the Sarah links that you crave. Also, as the number of Sarah links increase, it becomes even more important to be able to maintain logical organization of all of the links. We will be able to smoothly integrate all of the Sarah links that have been created and all of the Sarah links that will be created. |

| Someone needed to provide an active
directory. Often, more links = more broken links. Here at Sarah Search we have every link checked on a regular basis. This time will vary depending on what is needed to keep the directory fresh. We will always have our "freshness dating" listed on the bottom of every page. This lets you know that your chance of encountering a broken link is pretty darn slim. In fact, you will be lucky if you can find a broken link. |

| This is actually quite important, and there are several implication from it. First, benefits are gained from specialization. Nobody can have the best Sarah site in every regard (although many are quite impressive). Even though some sites are very informative and well-rounded, many other Sarah sites provide at least a little something original, so there will never be a one-stop destination for everyone. I can, however, link to a ton of Sarah sites so you can find everything you need. Second, a separate directory removes 'politics' from the scene. Some big Sarah sites probably do not want to link to each other, fearing that they will somehow lose visitors forever. We have no such concerns, and webmasters should not have any such concerns about us. We do not provide content. We can not and will not try to "lock in" traffic, as the whole purpose of Sarah Search is to engage in pollination of Sarah sites. The more Sarah site pollination, the better. | |
